An Overview of the Team Z Programs

Team Z offers a variety of programs designed to fit the lifestyle, goals, and abilities of many types of athletes. Whether you have already raced an Ironman or are looking to buy your first bicycle, Team Z has a home for you! We offer four "core" programs that each athlete may choose to align themselves with. Regardless of which program the athlete chooses, Coach Ed ensures that the entire team still trains and races AS A TEAM! The four core programs are:
- The "Beginner Program"
- The "Under 70.3 Program"
- The "70.3 Program"
- The "140.6 Program"
If you consider yourself a newbie who would just like to learn a few new tricks, or even if you have never done anything athletic before in your life, then one of our organized group beginner programs will get you up to speed and smiling strong before you know it!
If you are an intermediate or experienced runner, biker, and/or swimmer you are welcome to join our team at any time. Depending on your background, you may choose to follow the Under 70.3, the 70.3, or the 140.6 program. And don't worry, if you are not sure which one is right for you Coach Ed will be there to counsel you and make sure you are aligned with a training plan that will help you accomplish your goals.
